1. Who We Are
TimeLaw is operated by Deus Labs Stockholm AB, registered in Sweden. Contact: legal@timelaw.io. These Terms govern your use of TimeLaw at timelaw.io and timelaw.io.
2. The Service
TimeLaw tracks EU regulatory activity and provides AI-generated summaries of EU legal acts sourced from EUR-Lex.
Important: AI-generated summaries are informational only. Nothing on TimeLaw constitutes legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional before making compliance decisions.
3. Accounts
To use TimeLaw you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Beta Service
TimeLaw is currently in beta. Features may change without notice. The Service is free during beta. We will not charge you without clear notice and your explicit agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scrape or bulk-download our summaries; reverse-engineer the Service; share access to misrepresent your tier; or redistribute AI-generated summaries commercially without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
EU legislation from EUR-Lex is public domain. Our AI summaries, analysis, scoring, classification, platform design, and codebase are owned by Deus Labs Stockholm AB and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness of AI summaries. Always verify against official EUR-Lex sources. TimeLaw is not a law firm.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including regulatory fines from reliance on the Service. Total liability is capped at the greater of amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or EUR 100.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for Terms breaches or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms with 14 days notice via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes submitted to Stockholm District Court.
